SET COLOR TO fore1/back1, fore2/back2, border, background, unselected
'fore1/back1ºá= normal display text
'fore2/back2' = enhanced display mode
'border' = screen border
'background' = uniform control of screen background,
when supported by terminal
è 'unselected' = current and selected GET displayed
in color different from all other unselected GETs.
